A genius at flimflam!

Take the “evidence” of 360, as in degrees. Gee wiz, divide by two and it always adds up to 9!!! Except if you had provided the result of the next division it would not have been nine. Besides, there’s nothing natural about 360, it’s purely a human invention. Why not 720 or 1440, their digits also sum to nine? But then 2280 doesn’t.

Any attempt to raise one, two or three numbers above all other does a disservice to the abundance of wonderful numbers.

For the genuinely curious, here’s a postulate : when nine is multiplied by any power of two — positive or negative — the sum of the resulting digits are divisible by nine. True or false?
