China's position on the threat or use of nuclear weapons is also at odds with Russia. Twice now Russia has agreed to condemn threat/use: multilaterally in Bali, last November; and recent in Moscow during Xi's visit. And twice the threats have recommenced. I suspect that Xi is getting fed up with Putin's untrustworthiness and recklessness.

I am helping to gather endorsement for the G20's Bali stance that "The use and threat of use of nuclear weapons is inadmissible." and call on the UN to give that condemnation the status of international law.
