Consider this case:
3+4+5=12
3*4/2=6
(one dimensional perimeter) 12*2=6*2*2 (two dimensional area)
So 6,8&10 would work also!
This can be generalized to any integer right triangle.
a'+b'+c'=P'
a'*b'=A'
A*s*s=P*s; s=A/P
a=sa', b=sb', c=sc' yields A=P
