Don't tar all of Hamas with the same brush. It's the Al Qassam Brigade that are terrorists. Most of the rest of Hamas is simply administering a big city under very difficult circumstance -- impossible circumstances these days. They were doing a half decent job of it until Al Qassam went half-cocked and poked the IDF.
