In a vast network of advanced-intelligence entities in our galaxy who communicate with each other by gravity waves, a tiny fraction remains curious about less advanced intelligences and invests in sending out a radio signal designed to help these struggling youngsters avoid self-destruction -- if they are hearing and heeding the advice.

What would be the main points of the message, keeping in mind that the advice is, above all else, PRACTICAL, i.e. meant to actually help?
