I read the linked article. Such incidents, no doubt, occurred, but this says nothing about the scale of the diversion. Even if NOTHING has been stolen, the volumn of supplies reaching Gazan is criminally inadequate. That cannot be blamed on Hamas (although as you rightly say, there is plenty else that Hamas -- particularly the Al Qassam brigades -- can be blemd for).
