If it's legit, then it clearly makes sense to use it in essentially all new electrical devices. But it is not so clear that it makes sense to replace existing devices. One would first have to factor in the extraction, refining, and processing costs. Then removing the old (copper?) conductors and installing the new LA-99 conductors.

Also, how quickly could extraction, refining, and processing be ramped up to meet demand?
