It shouldn't matter in what sequence the n people do the switching. So for a give x, the number of times it is switched will depend only on how many divisors it has. If it has an even number of divisors it will end up switched off. It can only have an odd number of divisors if it is a square number. So 1,4,9,16,25,36,49,64,81&100 will remain on.
