The H-uncertainty preinciple is entire related to the challenge of measuring two things at the same time. One measurement gets in the way of the other measurement. To determine position you need very high frequency illumination; but that disrupts the measurement of velocity (energy, monentum, etc.).
So , it might have been better to call it the indeterminability principle. Everything is proceeding in an ultra-precise way, but its not possible to fully determine how so. On the larger scale it usually looks like chaos. The methodology of science is to push back the chaos -- simply control -- and get at was going on "at heart". Until we run up against indeterminability.
