What on Earth is the justification of sending in Marines, on top of 4000 National Guardsmen?!

Justification? How quaint! Clearly he is simply plunking down a marker while the opportunity presents itself. Do not be fooled that in this instance, it will be relatively harmless. This "case" -- if it is allowed to stand -- will serve as a "precedent" for future US military deployments -- harmful ones.
