When you reflect upon it for a moment, how can a "principle" have any material role? It there a school principle going around enforcing this principle by rapping unruly electrons on their knuckles?

Behind this "principle" there must be a something causing the observation to occur naturally. In my view resorting to "principles' is just an excuse for not digging deeper.
